Kelly was born and raised in Madoc, Ontario. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Queen’s University Law School where she graduated on the Dean’s Honour list in 2008. She also has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph, which she received in 2000.
Kelly originally joined Hurley & Williams LLP as a law student and returned to the firm after articling with a large law firm in Toronto and being called to the bar in 2009.
A general litigator, Kelly practices in a broad range of fields including family law, criminal law, and civil litigation (including corporate, employment, personal injury, estate and construction lien litigation).
Kelly appears in the Small Claims Court, Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice on a regular basis.
